My name is Amanda Baker and I Love Regina! It is because of my love for our community that I have decided to seek the office of City Councillor for Ward 3! I know I will be an excellent representative for the people of Ward 3.
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Regina and I am the Member Relations Manager at the Regina Chamber of Commerce.
If elected I will focus on the following platform objectives: -Updating the Cathedral Area Neighborhood Plan and protecting our heritage – Enhancing the Arts Community -Reducing our environmental footprint -Keeping property taxes competitive and keeping City Hall accountable -Prioritizing infrastructure improvements -Developing Action Plans to keep our community safe
