Court saw photos from the autopsy on Shawn Douglas on Tuesday, as the trial for Dennis Thompson, 32, Johnathon Peepeetch, 23, and Joshua Wilson, 24 continued.

The three are accused of killing Shawn Douglas in 2014.

Forensic pathologist, Dr. Shawn Ladham, was the first to take the stand Tuesday morning, testifying about and showing the jury photographs of his autopsy on the body of Shawn Douglas

Ladham says there were eight "actual holes" in Douglas' skull, as well as at least six smaller contusions about his face.

The remainder of Douglas' body showed no significant injuries, though Ladham testified that the body had zip ties around its wrists and ankles.

Ladham ruled cause of death as "blunt force trauma to the head."

Dale Hunter was in court covering the proceedings.
