Brad Wall remains the most popular premier in the country, according to a new poll by Angus Reid.

Two-thirds of respondents in Saskatchewan said they are satisfied with Wall’s performance.

However, Wall’s approval rating fell to 66 per cent from 70 per cent in March.

The poll also asked people to rate the opposition leader in their province. Saskatchewan interim NDP Leader John Nilson had one of the lowest approval ratings with 37 per cent.

Alberta Premier Alison Redford ranked second with 55 per cent, followed by Manitoba’s Greg Selinger with 48 per cent.

The online survey, which was conducted in late August, polled 6,657 people in nine provinces.
