The Regina Humane Society is asking for the public’s help in solving a shocking case of animal cruelty.
A cat was found with electrical tape tightly bound around his legs and paws in the city’s northwest end Thursday.
The cat, who has since been given the name “Bruce Almighty,” had to undergo hours of surgery, and will likely lose one of his legs.
The Humane Society is hoping to find those responsible. The organization investigates about 600 cases of animal cruelty each year.
