Police have charged a 34-year-old man with impaired driving after a fatal crash on Jan. 21 near Southey.
Emergency crews were called to Highway 6 near the Township Road 20 junction just before 6:00 p.m.
A northbound truck and a southbound car were involved in the crash.
A 40-year-old woman from Cupar, who was a passenger in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and two other people in the car were taken to hospital in Regina with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver and lone occupant of the truck was treated at the scene.
Wade Michael Ganje, 34, is facing seven charges, including impaired driving and dangerous driving.
He is expected to appear in court on Monday.
