Two Regina residents accused of child abuse and neglect are back in court Thursday.
Kevin Eric Goforth, 37, and Tammy Lynn Goforth, 35, were charged after two girls were taken to hospital last week. One of them, a 4-year-old died of her injuries in hospital. Her two-year-old sister is also considered a victim.
The accused are each facing two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm but those charges are expected to be upgraded.
