Crews battle blaze at home in Uhl's Bay, Sask.

Flames engulfed a home after a fire broke out in a small southern Saskatchewan community.

Fire crews from the nearby communities of Strasbourg and Bulyea responded to the house fire in the hamlet of Uhl's Bay, near Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park, on Thursday afternoon.

Smoke from the blaze was billowing toward Highway 220, and drivers on that road were being advised to slow down.

RCMP say initial reports are that no one was in the home at the time.

There were no reports of any injuries.
