It was a chilly -28 in Regina before 6 a.m. on Dec. 26, but the crowds still gathered early to cash in on Boxing Day deals.
At Best Buy in Regina’s east end, shoppers arrived as early as 3 a.m. to secure their spot in line.
Vision’s Electronics saw similar early risers, despite the cold weather.
