A Regina woman is facing drug charges following a home explosion and fire that sent a man to hospital.
Emergency crews were called to a house in the 1100 block of Blanchfield Street in the city's northwest end Aug. 25.
Police say a 30-year-old man was taken to hospital with significant burns.
Investigators believe the explosion may have happened while cannabis resin was being produced in the home.
Officers arrested a 31-year-old woman after seizing a large quantity of marijuana from the home.
Tara Miller made her first court appearance earlier this week on charges of possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking and production of cannabis resin.
Police say charges are pending against the man who was injured in the incident.
