A Moose Jaw-area family is homeless after their farmhouse was destroyed by fire Friday.
The blaze broke out around 1 p.m. at a property on Eight Mile Road, just north of the city.
Officials say nobody was inside the home at the time, but a cat and a dog perished in the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
