Flooding has shut down sections of highways across Saskatchewan.

The westbound lanes of the Trans-Canada Highway are closed from Sintaluta to Grenfell. Westbound traffic is being detoured at Whitewood.

Floodwaters also forced the closure of Highway 39 from 22 kilometres south of Yellow Grass to three kilometres north of Weyburn.

Highway 22 is closed about two kilometres east of Highway 8. Highway 47 is also shut down about 30 kilometres north of Springside. Traffic on Highway 47 is reduced to one lane 10 kilometres north of Springside.

Highway 271 is closed about five kilometres north of Fort Walsh. Meanwhile, Highway 365 is shut down about two kilometres north of Watrous, and Highway 310 is also closed five kilometres north of Foam Lake.

The Herschel Access to Grid Road 656 remains closed, and a one-kilometre section of Highway 211 is closed east of Highway 11.
