Four people are facing charges after an investigation into drug trafficking in Regina.

On Wednesday morning, police carried out search warrants on three homes and a vehicle. Police say the searches turned up a quantity of a substance believed to be cocaine, cash and marijuana. A 25-year-old man was arrested.

As part of the investigation, police also went to a home in the 4600 block of Tutor Court. Officers searched the home and found a quantity of a substance believed to be cocaine, marijuana, cash, an airsoft pistol, bear spray, a weighing scale and cellular phones. Three people, including a female youth, were arrested.

Maluak Joseph Athel, 25, and Deutong Joseph Athel, 27, both from Regina, and 29-year-old Arok Bul-Thon of Calgary are each charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000 and possession of marijuana. A 17-year-old girl, who cannot be named, faces similar charges.
