The latest real estate outlook says home sales rose in Regina this year.
ReMax estimates 4,200 homes will be sold in 2012, up eight per cent from a year earlier.
In 2013, home sales are forecast to rise another two per cent to 4,300.
The average selling price in the city increased eight per cent to $300,000 this year. That number is expected to climb to $315,000 in 2013.
ReMax says Saskatchewan’s sound economic fundamentals are driving the demand.
Nationally, an estimated 454,000 homes will change hands in 2012.
