The chief of the Key First Nation will be going to trial on drug charges.
Clarence Papequash was among 24 people charged in an alleged prescription drug trafficking ring in east-central Saskatchewan last year.
No date has been set for the trial. Papequash has elected to be tried by a Court of Queen's Bench judge alone.
