A pellet gun-toting robber didn’t have any luck stealing money from a bingo hall in north Regina.
On Sunday night, police responded to a report that a man carrying a handgun was asking people for money outside the bingo hall.
After failing to get any cash outside, the man walked into the bingo hall, grabbed money off a table and fled, police said.
Officers arrested the man at the scene and found a pellet gun in his possession.
A 29-year-old man has been charged with armed robbery and various firearm-related offences.
