Saturday morning at approximately 11:55 a.m. Regina Police responded to a call or an injured man near Angus Street and 7th Avenue.
Police believe the victim got into an altercation with more than one individual near a restaurant on the 1200 block of Albert Street. As a result of the incident, the victim sustained a number of stab wounds.
The victim was taken to hospital.
So far, he has not been able to provide much information to describe his assailants. Members of the Forensic Identification Unit were on the scene to gather evidence and police have spoken to witnesses.
