A 29-year-old man has been arrested in Moose Jaw for impaired driving after a crash sent a cyclist to hospital Friday night.

Moose Jaw police said the incident happened in the 300 block of Manitoba Street West just after 9:30 p.m.

The driver has been charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm and exceeding .08 causing bodily harm.

The 42-year-old cyclist suffered minor injuries from the crash. He was transported to Moose Jaw Union Hospital and received stitches for lacerations to his head and face before he was released.

Moose Jaw police said they had a total of three people in custody overnight Friday for driving under the influence.
