A man and three youths are in custody after a weapons call early Saturday morning.

Police were called to the 400 block of York Street around 1:00 a.m. Saturday for reports of bear spray and a firearm. A man was bear sprayed and a vehicle was circling the area with a firearm pointed at the home, police said in a media release. The vehicle evaded police and left the scene, but was located shortly after in the 900 block of Argyle Street. Police seized the firearm and arrested the man and three youths.

Cleveland Kequahtooway (19) has been charged with breach of undertaking and will appear in court on Oct. 24.

The first youth is facing multiple charges, including fleeing a peace officer, unauthorized possession of a firearm in a vehicle and dangerous operation of a vehicle.

The second youth is also facing multiple charges, including pointing a firearm, possession of a firearm and carelss use of a firearm.

The third youth is charged with assault with a weapon, possession of a firearm and breach of undertaking.

They cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
