From ‘hangry’ to ‘pwned’, the English language is expanding again. OxfordDictionaries.com, the free online dictionary published by the Oxford English Dictionary released its quarterly update of new words on Thursday.  Here are some of the highlights.

- beer o'clock, n: the appropriate time of day to start drinking beer

- wine o'clock, n: same as above, only with wine

- awesomesauce, a: extremely good; excellent

- mic drop, n: an instance of deliberately dropping or tossing aside one’s microphone at the end of a performance or speech one considers to have been particularly impressive

- hangry, a: bad-tempered or irritable as a result of hunger

- butt dial, v.: calling someone accidentally with your mobile phone in a rear pocket

- cat cafe, n.: a cafe or similar establishment where people pay to interact with cats housed on the premises

- pwn, v.: (especially in video gaming) utterly defeating an opponent or rival; completely getting the better of them

- Redditor, n: a registered user of the website Reddit
