Hundreds of mourners gathered in Estevan Friday afternoon to remember a young girl who took her own life.

Family and friends say 13-year-old Aermis Kolke committed suicide after being tormented by bullies, both at school and on the internet.

Mourners at the Church of God wore pink shirts as part of an anti-bullying campaign.

Friends and family hope a lesson can be learned from their loss. They're encouraging people who are being bullied to speak out and get help.

Also, Aremis' family has set up a trust fund in her name at the Scotia Bank in Estevan.
