Regina city council has approved plans for a new shopping centre in the city’s east end.
Construction will move ahead on eight new buildings at the corner of Victoria Avenue and Prince of Wales Drive, near the Superstore location.
The developer has proposed two banks, five restaurants and one new retail outlet.
