Regina police are warning the public about the release of a high-risk sexual offender.
Police say 41-year-old Richard James Toutsaint has a lengthy criminal history that includes sexual and violent offences against children and adults.
He will be living under strict conditions in the city’s Heritage neighbourhood.
Toutsaint is described as Aboriginal, about five-foot-nine and 161 pounds. He has numerous tattoos on his arms and shoulders, and a three-inch burn scar on his left arm.
