Whether the Riders win or lose, it appears the Grey Cup is coming back to Saskatchewan.

There are several reports the CFL is awarding the 2013 Grey Cup championship game to Regina.

The Roughriders are set to make an announcement Oct. 13, alongside CFL commissioner Mark Cohon, that will "rock the Rider Nation".

It would be the third time Saskatchewan has hosted the Grey Cup. The event was previously held at Mosaic Stadium in 1995 and 2003, when about 50,000 spectators watched the Edmonton Eskimos beat the Montreal Alouettes.
