The Leader-Post newspaper's printing facilities in Regina are closing.
The paper will be printed in Saskatoon, starting in mid-January.
Postmedia, the company that owns the Leader-Post and other major Canadian dailies, says the printing equipment is newer in Saskatoon.
About 16 jobs in Regina will be lost as a result.
