A Saskatchewan construction company has been fined for failing to ensure the safety of one of its employees.
Allan Construction must pay forty-four hundred dollars after a routine inspection found a man was working in an unsafe trench at a site in downtown Saskatoon.
The company earlier pleaded guilty to an offence under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Another charge was stayed.
