RCMP have charged a Saskatchewan man with impersonating a police officer.
Last Friday, Mounties received a complaint of a man posing as an undercover RCMP officer who had stopped a vehicle on Highway 10 near the Manitoba border.
After receiving several tips from the public, RCMP arrested a man in the Calder, Sask. area the next day.
Officers seized clothing and an imitation police crested notebook believed to have been used in a previous incident.
The man, whose name hasn’t been released, is scheduled to appear in court in Esterhazy early next month.
