A man was airlifted to hospital after the semi-trailer he was driving collided with a train in southeastern Saskatchewan.
The collision happened on a grid road about 1 1/2 kilometres south of the community of Heward on Friday afternoon.
RCMP say the train collided with the cab of the semi. The driver of the rig was flown to hospital in Regina by STARS air ambulance.
Traffic on the grid road is being diverted at the scene. Drivers are being advised to expect delays for several hours while police investigate.
