Police are looking for two suspects after tens of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry was stolen from a store in east Regina.

Officers were dispatched to an alarm call at Victoria Jewellers on Quance Street just after 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Police say two men entered the business through the front doors, smashed six glass display cases and took tens of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry.

One of the suspects is described as wearing blue jeans, a black sweater with a green-and-yellow logo, possibly a skull, on the front, a grey hooded sweatshirt, a hat with a black peak, dark gloves, and black shoes with white soles. He was carrying a tan-coloured duffle bag.

The other suspect wore black pants, a black sweater with a large, white logo on the front and light-coloured sleeves and hood, a black hat, red gloves and dark-coloured shoes. He was carrying a black-and-white duffle bag.

Both of the suspects' faces were covered.
