A 16-year-old boy facing charges after an Amber Alert was issued for his pregnant 14-year-old girlfriend appeared in court Monday in Swift Current.
The teen stands accused of abduction, break and enter, possession of a weapon and disguise with intent. He cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The teen is scheduled to return to court Feb 14.
Two other people, a 16-year-old boy and a 38-year-old woman, are also charged in the case.
