Three people have been charged in a stabbing and robbery in Creelman that led to a standoff at a Regina motel in late September.

RCMP say one person suffered multiple stab wounds in the incident, which happened at a home in the southeastern Saskatchewan town.

Witnesses say guns were involved and a substantial amount of money was stolen.

The next day, Regina police surrounded the Coachman Inn and arrested a suspect following a standoff that lasted several hours. Two other suspects were taken into custody in the city in November.

Daniel Theodore , 29, Sean Amon, 32, and 26-year-old Krystal Nymann, all from Regina, have each been charged with robbery with a firearm and aggravated assault.

Regina police are assisting Mounties in the search for two other suspects.
