Three people were taken to hospital after two separate collisions in Regina on Wednesday morning.

Police say a 64-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Broad Street and Victoria Avenue shortly after 8 a.m.

The woman, who suffered non-life threatening injuries, was transported to hospital by EMS.

Regina police also responded to a collision between a truck and a van at the intersection of Victoria Avenue East and Tower Road around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Police say it appears the westbound truck broadsided the van, which was turning onto Victoria Avenue East.

The male driver and female passenger of the van were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the truck sustained minor injuries and was treated by EMS at the scene.

Both collisions remain under investigation.
