Two men have been charged in connection with a home invasion in Regina on Tuesday morning.
Police were called to the 1500 block of Regent Street just before 7:30 on Tuesday morning after reports of a home invasion. Investigators say two men entered the home while an adult man and woman were home. The suspects reportedly took some items from the home, before fleeing in a vehicle.
Martin Dennis Labonte, 43, and Brian Robert Morriseau, 26, have both been charged with break and enter, disguise with intent, two counts of forcible confinement, using a firearm during commission of an indictable offence, and possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order.
Morriseau is also facing an additional charge of possession of a weapon.
The pair made their first court appearance on Wednesday morning.
