Two men were taken to Regina General Hospital early Thursday morning with stab wounds.

Police were called to Fifth Avenue and Montague Street around 1:40 a.m. after a report that a man had been stabbed.

When they arrived, they found a man with stab wounds to his back.

While they were speaking to the victim, a second man approached them and said that he had been stabbed in the abdomen.

Both men were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police have not released a description of the suspect or suspects.
