Heavy winds caused damage in Regina and across southern Saskatchewan on Sunday. Environment Canada issued a wind warning for the region, and gusts reached 93 kilometres per hour.

Traffic was obstructed on the corner of Victoria and Albert Sunday evening after scaffolding on the Viterra building was ripped apart by the winds. A number of police cars responded to the scene.

The wind finally died down early Monday morning, and the wind warning has ended.
