A winter storm is creating icy conditions on some Saskatchewan highways.

Drivers are reporting snow and ice on Highway 11 between Regina and Saskatoon. At least one semi-truck ended up on its side just north of Chamberlain.

The Highway Hotline website indicates that winter driving conditions exist for most of the highways in the province south of Saskatoon.

Environment Canada has issued a fog advisory for the southeast corner of the province, including Estevan, Carlyle, Moosomin and surrounding areas, but a snowfall warning that was issued on Monday has ended.
