A young man from Saskatchewan has admitted to killing a sleeping 29-year-old man during a home invasion in Edmonton more than three years ago.
The 21-year-old, who was 17 at the time, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder earlier this week.
John Stanley Kwiatkowski was sleeping at his home when he was beaten to death during a break-and-enter in April 2011.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled to be held early next year.
