Carmen Lien, born and raised in Regina, has been a long time resident of Ward 2 where he and his wife Andrea, are raising their new born son. He understands the needs of Ward 2 residents first hand and wants to ensure its neighbourhoods continue to be great places to live, work and play.
Carmen has the knowledge and experiences needed to help Regina continue growing. He is a graduate of the University of Regina’s Engineering program and has worked in key positions at some of Regina’s largest organizations; including the City of Regina.
He will focus on addressing the quality of life in Ward 2 by ensuring further developments on arts and culture, local businesses, and infrastructure, including roads, water, parks and recreation; while emphasizing public safety as an utmost priority.
Carmen will be your voice to ensure that city council remains accountable to you.
