Prince Albert police are investigating after a Siamese cat and her five kittens were stuffed into two backpacks and wedged under the wheels of a bus.
The driver discovered the cats last Thursday after he felt a thud when he was backing up.
Sadly, two of the kittens didn’t survive.
A family from Biggar has adopted the mother cat. The three surviving kittens are still looking for a home.
