RCMP are investigating after five cows were found shot to death and another wounded southeast of Yorkton.
Mounties say a farmer found the animals in the Saltcoats area Sunday and called police.
The loss to the owner of the cattle is pegged at $10,000.
Anyone with information about the incident is being asked to contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
