City of Regina committee accepts proposal of six marijuana licenses

The City of Regina committee has accepted the province’s proposal of six marijuana licenses once pot becomes legal later this year.

After a wide-ranging debate, executive council voted in favour of the recommendation on Wednesday afternoon.

The recommendation will now be forwarded to city council for final approval at the end of the month.
