Dozens of shopping centres across the country have changed hands, including one in Regina.
The Cornwall Centre in downtown Regina is one of 35 shopping malls nationwide that were sold to new owners Monday in a $2.8 billion deal.
Representatives of former mall owner Primaris say it was a hostile takeover bid by a group of investors that included the Ontario Pension Board.
