The Regina Humane Society has received dozens of calls over the past few days from concerned residents seeing animals stuck out in the cold.
A stray cat, called Cosmo, was found in the Cathedral neighbourhood suffering from severe frostbite to his ears. He is now up for adoption.
The humane society says while it has received a lot of calls, staff have been able to contact owners and get the pets indoors quickly.
