One person is dead after a crash on Highway 33 on Tuesday morning.
Emergency crews were called to Highway 33 southeast of Lajord for a two vehicle collision around 6:00 a.m.
According to police, a car travelling northwest and a pick-up travelling southeast collided.
The woman driving the car was pronounced dead at the scene, the man driving the truck was taken to hospital in Regina with undetermined injuries.
Police say road conditions were extremely icy at the time of the crash.
Traffic was rerouted around the accident scene for several hours, but has now returned to normal.
