Bellegarde was stabbed on Dec. 1, 2011 in Fort Qu'Appelle. He died of his wounds in hospital.

Watetch is the fifth person arrested in Bellegarde's death. Preston Buffalocalf was arrested for the same incident on Friday. Cassidy Goforth, 23, from the Peepeekeesis First Nation, and Kyle Goodwill, 18, and Jesse Laswisse, 25, both from the Standing Buffalo First Nation, were all earlier arrested and charged with robbery with violence.
