RCMP have made a fourth arrest and are still looking for another suspect in connection with a homicide in Fort Qu'Appelle last December.

Preston Buffalocalf from the Okanesse First Nation was arrested on a charge of robbery with violence on Thursday. The 25-year-old had been on the run for more than three months.

Another man charged with second-degree murder and robbery with violence in the homicide, 20-year-old Kelfert Watetch from Regina, remains at large.

On Dec. 1, RCMP in Fort Qu'Appelle responded to a report of a 22-year-old man with stab wounds at a home on Craigleith Avenue.

The victim, 22-year-old Joseph Lyle Bellegarde from Regina, was taken to the All Nations Healing Hospital, where he later died.

Cassidy Goforth, 23, from the Peepeekeesis First Nation, and Kyle Goodwill, 18, and Jesse Laswisse, 25, both from the Standing Buffalo First Nation, were all earlier arrested and charged with robbery with violence.

Goodwill and Laswisse are also facing charges of accessory after the fact to murder and accessory after the fact to aggravated assault.
