On Saturday the Regina Fire Department invited the public to check out the latest fire station in the city. Fire station number 4 opened at 3855 Dewdney. This hall replaces the small fire station at 1175 Pasqua Street which was built in the late 1950's.

This new fire hall is one of the most environmentally friendly ‘green' buildings in Regina.

The station uses less energy and water by using natural light, among many other green options to keep the building up and running.

The fire station will continue to focus on serving the North Central Area and surrounding areas.
