The best of Canada’s music industry gathered in Ottawa Sunday night, and one of Saskatchewan’s own took home a major award.

Despite presenter Michelle Mylett getting her name wrong announcing her win, Moskaluke took home the hardware for country album of the year for her latest album, Kiss Me Quiet.

This is the parkland native’s first Juno award. Onstage accepting her award, Moskaluke called winning the Juno one of the “coolest things” she’s ever done.
