Jury selection is underway in the trial of a Regina man accused of killing his brother.
Steven Pascal is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 22-year-old Trent Pascal of Regina.
The victim was found seriously injured in the 900 block of Athol Street in May 2015. He was pronounced dead in hospital.
Police have said the two men were brothers.
The death is Regina’s fifth homicide of 2015.
