Born and raised in Red Deer Alberta, Kelsey graduated in the summer of 2010 from Mount Royal University with a Bachelors degree in Journalism. She joined the CTV News team as an intern in July, 2010, and as she expresses it, has had the honour of staying on.
A real Rider fan, Kelsey is excited to be part of the CTV Regina family.
