An 18-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a stabbing that sent another man to hospital with serious injuries in northwest Regina.

Police were called to the zero block of Sangster Boulevard for a noise complaint early Wednesday morning.

When officers arrived, a witness led them to a 25-year-old man inside a home suffering from life-threatening injuries. He was treated in hospital, where he is said to be recovering.

An 18-year-old man was later taken into custody.

Tristan Michael Brass-Hillman has been charged with attempted murder. He was scheduled to make his first court appearance Thursday morning.
